TPO'S Message

At the outset I, Jasmita Kaur, Dean Placements, Dr. D. Y. Patil Educational Complex, Akurdi, Pune welcome you to the flag ship college of Dr. D. Y. Patil Prathisthan. The Training and Placement Cell is one of the integral part of our college. Training & Placement activities are organized throughout the year with a view to prepare the students to appear the campus recruitment process with confidence. The first year engineering students are encouraged to participate in various competetions such as debate, group discussion, power point presentation, essay writing etc. in order to enhance their confidence, reading, writing and communication skills. Students of second year engineering are trained on basic language skills in the well developed Language laboratories of the institute.  To prepare and train aspiring learners to face campus recruitment, the third year engineering students are provided with exhaustive training with relevance to communication skills, aptitude test and overall development for personal & professional grooming. 

In this accelerating world, engineering skills has witnessed a wide spectrum of technological advancements. This indeed creates opportunities to budding technocrats. To meet the expectations of ever challenging field of engineering, one has to be industry ready with strong fundamentals. At DYPIEMR, our mission is to produce engineering professional with ambitious spirt to work in their discipline to achieve their goal of recruiter as well as individual. As a result of our strong  commitments in the past, we have successfully meet the expectations of our esteemed recruiters. We look forward to provide a platform to our engineering graduates to excel their careers ahead through training and placement activities.
